You may have already read or heard this before and it is probably Not a Surprise, but Cheese in Moderation is actually good for you!!

Eating 40g of Cheese a day can reduce your chances of Heart disease by 14%, the same amount could also lower your risk of having a stroke by 10%.  Cheese produces more good Cholesterol to lower levels of the bad Cholestrol.  Here is an article which I came across in the Daily Mail, which explains some more information about the evidence behind the headline, “A Piece of Cheese a Day Keeps the Doctor away.”
