I came across this reel on facebook and thought it looked really interesting and perhaps worth looking out for, if you are planning a visit to Japan anytime in the future.
This tasty looking cheesy pancake in the shape of a 10 Yen Coin, is creative and looks easy to eat with it being placed in a little cardboard pocket. Apparently it is made with a batter of mozzarella cheese and pancake mix and then it is filled with guess what more mozzarella cheese. With a crunchy outer pancake shell and a lovely stretchy gooey inside, it definately looks like some street food that you don’t want to miss out on!
